خصوصيتك في بادل عربي
تشرح هذه السياسة استخدام البيانات في تطبيق بادل عربي وخدمة الحساب والتنبيهات المرتبطة به. الروابط التي تفتحها خارج التطبيق، ومنها صفحات Apple وInstagram والمواقع الرياضية، تخضع أيضًا لسياسات الجهات التي تديرها.
البيانات التي نستخدمها
- الحساب: معرّف الحساب لدى طريقة الدخول التي اخترتها، وبيانات الجلسة اللازمة لتسجيل الدخول وتجديده. نحفظ اسم العرض والبريد الموثّق اللذين تسمح لـ Apple أو Google بمشاركتهما، أو الاسم والبريد اللذين تدخلهما عند التسجيل بالبريد وتؤكد ملكيته. قد ترسل Apple الاسم عند الموافقة الأولى فقط، وقد يكون البريد عنوانًا بديلًا من خدمة إخفاء البريد. يمكنك تعديل اسم العرض داخل التطبيق. تظهر هذه البيانات لك ولمالك الخدمة في لوحة إدارة الحسابات لتقديم خدمة الحساب والدعم. لا نطلب كلمة مرور Apple أو Google ولا نتلقّاها. عند اختيار التسجيل بالبريد نحفظ مشتقًا آمنًا من كلمة المرور، ولا نحفظ كلمة المرور بصورتها الأصلية. لا ندمج حسابات طرق الدخول المختلفة تلقائيًا لمجرد تطابق البريد.
- تفضيلاتك: اللغة والمنطقة الزمنية المختارتان، وتفعيل التنبيهات وأنواعها، وقسم الرجال أو السيدات، والبطولات والفئات والأدوار واللاعبون والثنائيات التي تختار متابعتها.
- الجهاز والتنبيهات: معرّف تثبيت ينشئه التطبيق، ورمز توصيل التنبيهات الذي تقدّمه Apple، وبيئة التوصيل، وسجلات التنبيهات اللازمة لمنع التكرار ومتابعة قبول الإرسال أو فشله. قبول Apple للتنبيه لا يعني أنك قرأته. عند تفعيل الإشعارات دون تسجيل الدخول، تحفظ الخدمة سجل ضيف لهذا التثبيت فقط يضم جلسته وتفضيلات التنبيهات ورمز التوصيل، دون اسم أو بريد. عند تسجيل الدخول على الجهاز نفسه تنتقل تفضيلات الضيف إلى حساب جديد لم تُحفظ له تفضيلات من قبل، ويُحذف سجل الضيف.
- إحصاءات الاستخدام: يرسل التطبيق إحصاءات استخدام مجهولة لتحسين الخدمة: أوقات فتح التطبيق والشاشات، وظهور الإعلانات والنقر عليها أو إغلاقها وفتح التنبيهات، مع اللغة والقسم ومعرّفات المحتوى اللازمة. يستخدم معرّفاً عشوائياً منفصلاً لهذا التثبيت ولا يرسل الاسم أو البريد أو بيانات الحساب أو رمز الإشعارات ضمن هذه الأحداث، ولا يتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى. يحوّل الخادم المعرّف إلى قيمة مجزّأة ولا يربطه بالحساب؛ يحتفظ بالنشاط اليومي لمدة تصل إلى 30 يوماً. الإحصاءات تمثّل استخدام التثبيتات المرصودة من هذه النسخة، وليست إجمالي التنزيلات أو الأشخاص.
- الاتصال: تتلقى الخوادم ومزوّدو نقل الاتصال عنوان الإنترنت وبيانات الطلب الضرورية لتقديم الخدمة وحمايتها. المنطقة الزمنية في تفضيلاتك لا تمثل تتبّعًا لموقعك الفعلي.
كيف تُستخدم البيانات
نستخدم بيانات الحساب للتحقق من الدخول وعرض اسمك وبريدك الموثّق ومزامنة ملفك وتفضيلاتك، وبيانات الجهاز لتوصيل التنبيهات التي فعّلتها. تساعد سجلات الإرسال على تقليل التكرار ومعالجة أخطاء التوصيل. قد يعرض التطبيق إعلانات وعروضاً ينشرها بادل عربي بحسب القسم واللغة وإصدار التطبيق؛ يمكن إغلاقها دائماً، وتُحفظ حدود تكرارها على الجهاز حتى دون تسجيل الدخول. لا توجد أدوات تحليلات من طرف ثالث أو تتبّع عبر التطبيقات، ولا نطلب موقعك الجغرافي أو جهات اتصالك. لا تفتح روابط الإعلانات الخارجية إلا بعد النقر، وتخضع عندها لسياسة الموقع الخارجي.
الجهات التي تساعد في تقديم الخدمة
تتحقق Apple أو Google من تسجيل الدخول عند اختيار إحداهما. عند التسجيل بالبريد، تُرسل رسائل التحقق واسترجاع كلمة المرور عبر خدمة Resend لإرسال البريد، ويستقبل المزوّد عنوان بريدك ومحتوى الرسالة لهذا الغرض. وتتولى خدمة Apple Push Notification service توصيل التنبيهات إلى أجهزتك. تعالج خدمة بادل عربي بيانات الحساب والتفضيلات، وتساعد Cloudflare في نقل اتصال HTTPS وحماية الوصول إلى الخدمة. لا نبيع بيانات الحساب أو المفضلة ولا نشارك معرّف الإحصاءات مع المعلنين. لا تُستخدم أسماء الحسابات أو البريد أو المفضلة لتخصيص الإعلانات.
خياراتك
يمكنك متابعة التصفح كضيف، وإضافة اسم العرض أو تعديله أو إزالته، وتغيير المفضلة والتفضيلات، وإيقاف التنبيهات من التطبيق أو من إعدادات iPhone. إيقاف التنبيهات لا يحذف الحساب. تفضيلات التنبيهات الافتراضية تشمل جميع أنواع التنبيهات لقسم الرجال، ويمكنك تغييرها في أي وقت. تسجيل الخروج ينهي جلسة هذا التثبيت ويزيل تسجيله لدى خدمة التنبيهات عند نجاح الاتصال؛ تبقى أجهزتك الأخرى مستقلة. إذا تعذر تأكيد الإلغاء على الخادم، يعرض التطبيق ذلك بوضوح.
إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة جزء من تشغيل التطبيق وتحسينه، ولا تُستخدم للتتبع أو للإعلانات خارج بادل عربي. لحذف بيانات حسابك استخدم «حذف الحساب» أو راسلنا. زر «تفعيل الإشعارات» هو الموافقة الموحدة على تنبيهات المباريات والأخبار التي تختارها ورسائل بادل عربي وإعلاناته وعروضه للفئات المفعّلة، مع إذن iOS. إيقافه يوقف جميع الإشعارات؛ تبقى فلاتر المباريات والأخبار واختيار الفئة محفوظة.
حفظ البيانات وحذف الحساب
تُحفظ بيانات الحساب اللازمة للمزامنة ما دام الحساب قائمًا. يُحذف سجل الضيف عند تسجيل الدخول أو عند إعادة تسجيل التثبيت نفسه، ويُحذف تلقائيًا بعد انتهاء جلسته إذا لم يُفتح التطبيق مدة سنة. يمكن حذف الحساب من قسم الحساب داخل التطبيق باستخدام «حذف الحساب». تحاول الخدمة أولًا إلغاء التفويض المحفوظ لدى مزوّد تسجيل الدخول إن وجد؛ عند نجاح هذه الخطوة تحذف بيانات الحساب والتفضيلات والأجهزة والجلسات والتنبيهات المرتبطة به من قاعدة الخدمة النشطة، ثم يمسح التطبيق جلسته المحلية. إذا تعذّر إكمال الإلغاء، تظهر رسالة خطأ لإعادة المحاولة، ولا يُعرض الحذف على أنه اكتمل.
تصف عملية الحذف قاعدة البيانات النشطة. لم تُحدد لهذه النسخة مدة احتفاظ ثابتة للنسخ الاحتياطية أو سجلات التشغيل؛ لذلك لا تتضمن هذه السياسة وعدًا بحذف تلك النسخ أو السجلات خلال عدد محدد من الأيام. يمكن طلب توضيح بشأن نطاق الحذف عبر قناة الدعم أدناه.
الحماية والتواصل
يستخدم التطبيق اتصال HTTPS، ويحفظ بيانات الجلسة المحلية في التخزين الآمن للجهاز. تُحمى بيانات الجلسات والتفويض على الخادم بضوابط مخصصة. لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو رموز تسجيل الدخول أو رموز الجهاز في طلبات الدعم.
للاستفسارات المتعلقة بالخصوصية أو الحساب، تواصل مع حساب بادل عربي الرسمي على Instagram. الرسائل المرسلة هناك تخضع أيضًا لسياسة Instagram.
Your privacy in Padel Arabic
This policy describes data use in the Padel Arabic app and its associated account and notification service. Links opened outside the app, including Apple, Instagram and sports websites, are also subject to the policies of their operators.
Data we use
- Account: the identity from your chosen sign-in method and credentials needed to maintain and renew your session. We store the display name and verified email you authorize Apple or Google to share, or the name and email you provide when registering by email and verifying ownership. Apple may provide your name only at first authorization and may supply a Hide My Email relay address. You can edit your display name in the app. These details are visible to you and the service owner in the account-management dashboard to operate and support your account. We never request or receive your Apple or Google password. For email registration we store a secure password-derived hash, never the original password. Accounts from different sign-in methods are not automatically merged just because their email addresses match.
- Preferences: your selected language and time zone; notification consent, types and timing; men’s or women’s divisions; and the tournaments, categories, rounds, players and pairs you choose to follow.
- Device and notifications: an installation identifier generated by the app, an Apple push delivery token, the delivery environment, and notification records used to prevent duplicates and track delivery acceptance or failure. Acceptance by Apple does not mean that you read a notification. If you enable notifications without signing in, the service keeps a guest record for this installation only, with its session, notification preferences and delivery token, and no name or email. If you then sign in on the same device, the guest preferences move to a new account that has not saved preferences before, and the guest record is deleted.
- Usage statistics: the app sends anonymous usage statistics to improve the service: times of app/screen opens, promotion impressions/clicks/dismissals and notification opens, together with language, division and necessary content identifiers. A separate random installation identifier is used; events do not include your name, email, account details or push token, and you are not tracked across other apps or websites. The service hashes that identifier without linking it to an account and retains daily activity for up to 30 days. These metrics describe installations observed from this version, not total downloads or people.
- Connection: servers and connection providers receive an IP address and request information needed to deliver and protect the service. The time zone in your preferences does not track your physical location.
How the data is used
Account data verifies sign-in, displays your name and verified email, and syncs your profile and preferences. Device data delivers notifications you enabled. Delivery records help reduce duplicates and handle delivery errors. The app may show promotions published by Padel Arabic based on division, language and app version. They can always be closed; display limits stay on the device, including for guests. There is no third-party analytics SDK or tracking across apps, and no location or contacts access. External promotion links open only after a tap and are then subject to the destination site’s policy.
Service providers
Apple or Google verifies sign-in when you choose that provider. For email registration, Resend receives your email address and message content to deliver verification and password-reset messages. The Apple Push Notification service delivers notifications to your devices. The Padel Arabic service processes account and preference data. Cloudflare helps carry HTTPS connections and protect access to the service. We do not sell account or favorite data or share the statistics identifier with advertisers. Account names, email and favorites are not used to personalize promotions.
Your choices
You can browse as a guest, add, edit or remove your display name, change favorites and preferences, and disable notifications in the app or in iPhone Settings. Disabling notifications does not delete your account. Default notification preferences include every notification type for the men’s division, and you can change them at any time. Signing out ends this installation’s session and removes its push registration when the connection succeeds; your other devices remain independent. If server revocation cannot be confirmed, the app tells you.
Anonymous usage statistics are part of operating and improving the app; they are not used for tracking or for advertising outside Padel Arabic. To delete your account data use Delete Account or contact us. Enable Notifications is the single consent for your selected match and news alerts plus Padel Arabic announcements, promotional notifications and offers for enabled divisions, with iOS permission. Turning it off stops all notifications while preserving your match/news filters and division selections.
Retention and account deletion
Account data needed for synchronization is stored while the account exists. A guest record is deleted when you sign in or when the same installation registers again, and automatically after its session ends if the app is not opened for a year. You can select “Delete account” in the app’s account area. The service first attempts to revoke stored sign-in provider authorization when present. When that succeeds, it deletes the account’s profile, preferences, devices, sessions and associated notification records from the active service database, and the app clears its local session. If revocation cannot be completed, an error asks you to try again; the app does not claim deletion succeeded.
Account deletion describes the active database. No fixed backup or operational-log retention period has been established for this version, so this policy does not promise removal of those copies or logs within a specific number of days. Contact support below for clarification about the scope of deletion.
Protection and contact
The app uses HTTPS and stores local session credentials in the device’s secure storage. Dedicated controls protect session and authorization data on the server. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or device tokens in support requests.
